Nexus connects to your BigCommerce account using OAuth. Each channel can have its own delivery rules and email templates.

Delivery Rules
Define when Nexus sends digital delivery emails and how failures are handled.
When BigCommerce moves an order to this status, Nexus will send the keys.
If the email provider returns a temporary error, Nexus will automatically retry.
Optional. Receive a copy of each delivery email for audit purposes.
If keys run out, Nexus can create a manual task so your team can send a replacement.
API & Webhooks
Use Nexus APIs to push orders from other platforms or listen to key events.
Keep this key secret. Rotate immediately if you suspect it has been exposed.
Nexus will call this URL whenever a key is successfully delivered so you can update your own systems.
Backup & Redundancy
Keep your digital inventory safe with automated backups.
Encryption is strongly recommended. Nexus never stores keys in plain text.
